Return Policy

All goods must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached & returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You must also have a receipt or invoice for proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the same payment method as the original purchase. 

Cost of Returns 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods intended for a refund or exchange. We suggest that you send your goods using a tracked method of postage to ensure the goods reach us safely. We cannot process a refund or exchanges until the goods have arrived at our head office.

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect or faulty please get in touch with us via email [email protected]. Include your order number, a photo of the fault or incorrect item and a clear photo of the item barcode; we’ll sort this out for you as soon as possible.
